Rick Tapia is an attorney, entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, and thought leader in the legal AI and emerging technologies space and is the General Counsel for Digital Ascension Group. Rick is also the CEO and Founder of DraftChain.AI, a legal technology company that is disrupting the legal industry by leveraging AI to streamline legal workflows. As an entrepreneur and attorney, he has successfully helped several emerging tech businesses succeed since 2016. Rick has an extensive background in the United States and Indiana politics that has fueled his vast network of connections to the entrepreneur world.

Nick Reese
Co-founder & COO of Frontier Foundry Corporation
Mr. Reese most recently served as the first-ever Director of Emerging Technology Policy at the US Department of Homeland Security, where he advised the White House & senior Cabinet officials on the national security implications of emerging technologies. He is the author of multiple White House, Cabinet-level, & other federal government policies, Executive Orders, National Security Memoranda, & strategies related to emerging technologies.
A noted expert in cyber operations, quantum computing, artificial intelligence, & outer space, he currently holds a faculty position at the NYU Center for Global Affairs, teaching graduate courses related to emerging technology and geopolitics. Mr. Reese has a 20+ year career in the US Military, Intelligence Community, & Homeland Security, with a focus on operations and bringing technical solutions to high-stakes national security challenges.

Mark Cianci is a seasoned litigator with nearly 15 years of experience representing high-profile clients in complex litigation. Mark represents clients in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space in litigation and advises on a variety of regulatory and risk-mitigation considerations, including compliance with securities laws. He has a deep understanding of ongoing legal challenges in emerging technologies making him a leading voice on regulatory issues in these fields.

Mr. Street an American NFT entrepreneur building a leading collaboration incubator. Since 2021, he has joined 30+ NFT communities, partnered as a verified Sandbox agency, and founded an educational program offering NFT coaching and mentorship. He has also gained meaningful experience in regulation within the NFT and broader blockchain space by working with clients to ensure compliance with securities laws and navigate regulatory requirements.

Elizabeth Hansson
The evening's panel, "Regulating the Revolution", will be led by Elizabeth Hansson. Ms. Hansson is a community builder around emerging tech in Detroit. She is also a software engineer, blockchain consultant, and CTO in the blockchain space since 2016.
